Located in the northern part of Myrtle Beach, SC in the exclusive Magnolia Pointe area, this condo has it all! Microwave oven, LCD TVs, and private bathrooms are included in the beachfront condo. 2 private pools and a short drive to the beach! FREE WIFI! We hope you enjoy this condo as much as we do!

Conveniently located in the Magnolia Pointe Community. A short drive from Broadway at the Beach, Market Common and Ripley's Aquarium. Many of the area's popular attractions, restaurants, golf courses, and shopping are a short drive away.



Getting Around:

I highly recommend using ride-sharing services such as Uber and Lyft. There is also Turo.

Other Things to Note:

This is a non-smoking room. Smoking is allowed outside the resort in designated areas. Do not smoke on the balcony or condo and only smoke in these areas and these areas only.



This is a personally owned condo and is not a hotel room. Please treat as you would your home. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.



NOTE: Pools will be closed on December 24th and 25th.



For upcoming bike rallies. NO motorcycles, scooters, trikes, slingshots, or trailers are allowed on property.



The quiet hours are 10pm – 8am every day. (this includes the rear patios)



Pool bands are required for ANYONE in the pool areas.

The code to check in was not sent when they said they would send it. Had to make several phone calls. Extremely frustrating because a step in the directions to the coded keypad was missing. Agent hung up on me. Master bedroom bed was horrible. Two twin bed base for king bed put together and one was higher than the other and it leaned to the middle.

After sending a message to property manager, we left within 1st 30 minutes of arrival. Every room smelled like marijuana. The more we opened windows everything smelled, including bedding and pillows. We attempted to air out because it was 1am. The space didn’t clear and realized window that led to outside entrance didn’t lock. Awful atmosphere & unsafe. We drove around until 3am looking for a place to stay. Daily messages everyday regarding refund and still no resolution. The most disappointing experience. We had a vacation planned with family in that same area and my elderly mother with us and we had to re-locate elsewhere.

We just loved this beautifully decorated condo the first time we visited! Our young child enjoys the pools and a short walk to the beach area!

This unit has full-sized appliances, a cooktop/oven, refrigerator, LCD TVs, and ocean views from the balcony. Great location for entertainment in the surrounding areas! Great Pool area and views that are simply breathtaking!
