Welcome to our second property in the Catskills, a beautifully appointed 3-bedroom, 2-bath cottage surrounded by mountain charm. With three queen beds, a large soaker tub, rainfall shower, stargazing bedroom, hot tub, indoor wood-burning fireplace, BBQ grill, outdoor dining, and a fully equipped kitchen, this inviting retreat blends vintage furniture with modern comfort. Perfect for families, friends, or a weekend getaway.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
• Three comfortable bedrooms, each featuring a queen-size bed and high-quality Brooklinen bedding for a restful stay. One bedroom features a skylight above the bed — perfect for stargazing and watching the night sky.
• Two full bathrooms: one includes a generous soaker tub for two, and the other offers a modern walk-in shower with rainfall shower head.
• The cottage accommodates up to six guests comfortably. Curated vintage pieces add character and warmth, blending timeless design with mountain charm.

Living Area
• Gather by the wood-burning fireplace in the cozy living room for stories, games, or a relaxing movie night.
• Smart TV, Wi-Fi, and ample seating make this space warm and inviting. We also have a projector TV so you and your group can enjoy a movie night.

Kitchen & Dining
• Fully equipped kitchen with all essentials: Smeg refrigerator, cookware, coffee maker, and utensils.
• Indoor dining table and adjacent outdoor dining area with a BBQ grill for enjoying meals al fresco in the mountain air.

Outdoor & Bonus Features
• Soak in the private outdoor hot tub beneath the stars.
• Enjoy the spacious deck with lounge chairs, fire pit, and serene mountain views.

Guests have full, private access to the cottage and surrounding outdoor areas. Self-check-in is available via keyless entry, and parking is free and conveniently located on the property.

I`m available through the Airbnb app or by phone if you need anything at all. Whether it’s assistance, local recommendations, or simply to make sure your stay is as relaxing as possible.

This cottage is our second property in the Catskills, designed with the same care, comfort, and attention to detail as our first. With its spacious layout and cozy features, it’s ideal for families, couples, or small groups seeking a peaceful mountain retreat.

❄️ Winter Travel (Mid-November–March)

Winter here is beautiful—and real. Please arrive with 4WD or AWD (snow tires strongly recommended).

The road and driveway are plowed, but expect hard-packed snow and changing conditions, including ice.

🏡 Around the Cabin

Please keep doors closed (the cabin prefers staying cozy).

No food or garbage outside—we share the neighborhood with curious bears 🐻.

Proper shoes required on the deck at all times (your feet will thank you).

Black towels are provided specifically for makeup removal (thank you for using them!).

Before heading out, please close and lock all windows.

If it rains, please also close the living room windows facing the deck.

🔥 Fireplace Friendly Reminder

No Duraflame logs or fire starters. Please use natural wood and kindling only.

🚽 Septic System Love

Please only flush the toilet paper provided—no baby wipes or “flushable” items.

We’re on a septic system and use special paper to keep it healthy. Thank you so much for helping us avoid unnecessary plumbing adventures!

📺 Small but Important

Before departure, please place each Dyson remote on top of its unit.

Also, please leave TV remotes on the coffee table so the next guests can find them easily. Missing remotes not returned to their home base may incur a replacement fee.

♨️ Hot Tub Rules & Tips (For Maximum Relaxation)

Please shower and remove makeup before hopping in.

Excess residue from makeup or skipping the rinse may result in a $50 cleaning fee.

No glass in or around the hot tub—plastic is the vibe.

Always replace the cover when not in use, especially overnight. It helps conserve heat and electricity.

The tub arrives set to 98°F—feel free to adjust to 100–102°F.

Please remove the chlorine floater while using the tub and replace it afterward.

The hot tub cover will be latched on both sides upon arrival—please unbuckle before lifting.

🐾 Pet Policy (Because We Love Pets—Responsibly)

Pets are welcome with prior approval only.

All pets must be leashed at all times.

Please clean up all pet waste—this one’s non-negotiable. A $25 dollar fee will be incurred if wast is found in the yard.

Pets are not allowed on furniture. Evidence of pets on furniture may result in additional cleaning fees.

Pets must be up-to-date on rabies and vaccinations.

Heartworm prevention is highly recommended.

Pets must be treated with Advantage or similar flea/tick prevention at least 3 days before arrival.

Pet owners assume full responsibility for their pets. Cabin owners are not responsible for illness or injury to humans or animals during the stay.

Cats are unfortunately not allowed at this time.
