This property is in excellent condition and has lots of pros (but some cons). Outside space is excellent and, with the shade coverings, is very conducive to spending lots of time outside, even in the winter (as long as it is not raining). Except for the lack of parking, you can easily have guests over. On the beach are several cushioned lounges and the patio area between the house and beach has a dining table, a 4-top style table, several lounge chairs, and other places to sit. There is a grill area (charcoal, not gas), and the lighting for this area is also excellent. We spent most of our time outside in this area and on the beach. The interior is very modern and recently renovated. However, the counters are ridiculously high in the kitchen and bathroom! The interior is in great condition, clean, and has spacious bedrooms. Could easily sleep 8. The kitchen and dining area is on the small side, however, and dominated by a dining table, If the weather were poor (which for us it was not), then having to stay inside would have been crowded for our group (4 adults, 1 teen). The kitchen is not conducive to preparing meals. It has: several pans and a small pot, some cooking utensils (e.g. spatulas), coffee maker, blender, not much else. (No sheet pans, large pots, casserole dishes, salad bowls, etc.). No coffee cups/mugs (I went to Walmart and bought 5 and left them there). There are eating utensils, dinner and lunch plates (no cereal bowls), few wine glasses.
