Beautiful Property with Large Pool and View of San Jacinto on Escena Golf Course

Escape to this amazing retreat right on the Escena golf course. This is one of the largest lots in the Escena community, with unobstructed views of the Escena golf course and custom desert landscape and lighting. It is perched overlooking 4 intersecting holes of the course, with sweeping fairway views, and 180 degree, jaw dropping views, of the San Jacinto Mountain range.
Enjoy the huge pool and spa, with baja deck, complete with pool floaties and pool toys. There is an enormous outdoor fire pit, as well as a bar and BBQ station, for amazing outdoor entertaining. Several umbrellas are available to use in the baja deck, the bar and in the outdoor table. If the temps get cool after the sun drops behind the mountains, there is a propane space heater for use.
The landscaping contains many varieties of cactus and citrus trees that produce oranges, grapefruit, limes and lemons for you to enjoy during your stay. The desert landscaping is highlighted by the superb outdoor lighting that is programmed to turn on and off.
The pool and spa can be easily controlled with a iPad that allows you to change the temperature, turn on the spa jets, and turn on the pool light to an array of colors. There are also outdoor 'glow balls' and 'glow cubes' to set outside for enhanced entertainment, and even use in the pool. Finally there is a portable music system to use indoor and out.

Inside you will find high quality finishes including travertine tile throughout the home, a glass backsplash that continues through the entire kitchen and laundry room, high ceilings with modern ceiling fans, electric solar shades, high quality linens, indoor lighting with dimmers and stunning art work in keeping with the Palm Springs style. There are three flatscreen HDTV smart TVs with cable, an XBOX 360 with many different games, free wifi, and a portable sound system that will connect to your iPhone or iPod.
The kitchen is completely stocked with service for 12, lots of drinkware, shakers, pitchers, a blender, Keurig coffee maker as well as a drip coffee maker, and everything you could possibly need for a family or entertaining.
There are bath towels as well as well as pool towels for your use.
There are 2 bicycles that can be used to explore the neighborhood, take to the nearby Escena grill, or head down the recently built bike path just North of the neighborhood.
This is truly a one-of-a-kind home that you will want to come back to again and again with your family and friends.

Great house on the Escena golf course.

Property is in excellent condition, very well-maintained. Has everything one would need for a comfortable stay. Lovely view of the mountains, and nice pool and spa.

Fabulous house to stay in

Amazing Property

We had a lovely stay over the holiday season. The house is very spacious and has a wonderful view of the mountains and golf course. The temps were a bit cooler for the majority of our stay so we didn't use the pool as much as we had hoped for but the spa was used frequently and the gas fire pit was a huge hit every night. Eileen even had a Christmas tree stored in the garage with lights and decorations for us to use which was wonderful for our young son in order to keep things festive. The neighborhood is very well keep and we met friendly people everywhere on our daily walks around the community. I will say that the airport was a bit noisier than I expected but nothing a pair of ear plugs couldn't fix during the night. Overall it was an incredible stay!

Casa De Cosmo

A wonderful house made my 7 weeks extremely comfortable for me and the guests who visited. Well stocked kitchen, Gorgeous back yard, huge pool, undoubtedly the best lot in Escena. The views were the best I've seen in the valley from my past rentals. Convenience to airport is a real plus when you are picking up guests and dropping them off. Close to town making UBER a great transportation alternative to driving. I would not hesitate to rent this house again.

An Exceptional Resort Property

We rented this property for five weeks in the winter of 2022. It is so much more (and better) than advertised. The actual views are better than the photos ... the access to amenities is great ... this is a resort property, not just a vacation rental. The owners have paid exceptional attention to detail in every respect and are always available to assist if there is a problem. We found the Casa perfect for a visit from our grandchildren as well as for entertaining friends and family. We'd give the property a 6 rating if allowed!

Beautiful modern home with great and accommodating hosts

Had a great stay at this home. The house has everything that you would need and is very new and modern. Helpful in the summer months when it gets hot. Never felt hot in the house. Amazing views and pool. And fully updated tech for the entertainment. Great kitchen and a well cared for home. Hosts were very responsive, but everything went smoothly so was easy.

Great Palm Springs Stay

We had a terrific 5 weeks in Palm Springs. The house was spacious, clean, comfortable and the view ranged from phenomenal to mesmerizing. The pool was the ultimate relaxation. The kitchen had pretty much everything I needed for near nightly meal preparation. I made several cakes using the Meyer lemons from trees on the property. The homeowner was easy to communicate with and always friendly, helpful,, and responsive. Loved my 5 week vacation

More than just the incredible view.

We loved staying here and would definitely return. This house is easy to live in. It has everything you need. The view is wonderful all day long - from the orange tinted mountains in the morning to the stunning sunsets every day. Eileen has integrity and heart ❤️. She and her husband Ryker are the best owners we have rented from.

Wonderful time again in this lovely home. Weather was a bit cooler/wetter than usual, but that only meant more hot tub time! If you get a chance to stay here, you won't regret it. This is the most beautiful home and view in Escena!

Spectacular views, beautifully furnished and well equipped home with everything you need or want! The pool, spa, fire pit and living room fireplace were highlights for us! This has to be one of the best homes in Escena.

Great location, super nice backyard

Loved the location of this place. Close to Palm Springs restaurants & shopping. On the golf course, so nice views of the golf course and mountains. Still had privacy from the golf course because the backyard is about 10 feet higher than the tee boxes. Very clean & modern single story house. Security gates to this development made me feel safe.

Perfect in every way

Perfect location, most spectacular views in the valley, large well appointed modern and clean home with every amenity you could ask for. Eileen was easy to work with super accommodating and super responsive. The only reason I hesitate to give a good review is that you might book it when we want it. We already reserved next year. The reviews are true: You will not want to leave!

The six of us rented Casa de Cosmo and it was a seamless trip from start to finish. The house was incredibly clean and thoughtfully well-stocked. We were concerned that we might hear a lot of air traffic because of the proximity to the airport - however, it was rare that we heard a plane take off or land (and it was actually fun to watch!). The house is located in a beautiful spot on the Escena golf course with a lovely vista view. The pool was perfect and we fell in love with the sunning deck that has a spot for a pool umbrella. Perfect place to stay cool on hot July/August days. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Eileen (owner) was very quick to respond to all questions and made sure our stay was perfect. All of the instructions for check in and check out were very clear. Thanks again for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home - it was a wonderful vacation!

Warning!! You will never want to leave!

Warning!! It will be hard to leave! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented seven all-too-short weeks in this beautiful resort home. The spacious and private pool, spa, BBQ and backyard living/views are nothing short of spectacular. A privately situated home and lot - even though overlooking the 18th tee boxes (the tips - so not a lot of traffic, but we hardly noticed them in any event, as the lot is elevated to reveal the spectacular view of the mountains). Inside you'll find all the modern conveniences to stay connected with high speed wifi, watch big screen TV in any room, entertain with ease and feel the stress leave your body. Comfy bedrooms and lots of space. Owners Eileen and Ryder were attentive and responsive to any need we raised, though there were few (they even had TWC increase our internet speed to 30 MB, just to make streaming movies easier!!). If you worry about the proximity to the airport, DON'T!! The jets land perpendicular to the resort and the jet engine noise is hardly audible, save for the odd fighter jet taking off, which is actually neat to see!). In fact, the proximity made taking the family to and from the airport a breeze!! Not to mention we were in the home 23 minutes after landing in PS. Honestly, the location is a big plus!! The Escena Golf Course and Clubhouse are first rate and lunch or dinner on the Clubhouse patio should be on your bucket list! Great food, attentive service and painting-like views at such a reasonable price! We impressed many visiting guests and family by taking them there for Sunday Brunch! I could go on and on, but I have to pack to go home soon :( . So, the only negative is that, like all good things, your stay here will eventually come to an end. However, there is always next year!!!

Holiday happiness found

I'll start by saying that the owners were a delight to deal with; responsive, helpful and always available! Our 2 week stay was extremely comfortable with an AMAZING mountain view, comfortable beds, well-appointed kitchen and everything you need to feel like you are in a home away from home. The gardens are spectacular and strategically lit up at dusk ... picture that along with the fire pit blazing, a glass of wine in hand and stars twinkling above! The golf course is now one of my favorites and you MUST eat at the clubhouse as the food is terrific. You can even walk or use the bikes to get to the club house as it is close to the house. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our vacation time at Casa Cosmo and would highly recommend it! Thanks to Eileen & Ryder for sharing their piece of heaven with us.

Spacious, comfortable, and beautiful

This villa is a wonderful place for a couple or a family. State-of-the-Art kitchen, easy in and out to the beautiful yard, pool, hot tub, fire pit and barbeque. Located on a golf course with spectacular mountains as a backdrop. We had a memorable week.

Definitely Recommend, Best Villa Ever!!!!

After stopping here for 7 nights in August I will definitely be returning! Wow! The pictures do not do it justice! The villa is located perfectly and has top of the range facilities. The views are spectacular, the pool is clean and the perfect size. The villa and gardens are perfect, including the BBQ and fire pit which meant that we did not need to go out to eat every night. I can't possibly rate this higher and would, and have recommended this property already!

Palm Springs Paradise

Although I almost hesitated to write a rave review for fear of others finding this amazing getaway and making it unavailable to us, I can't not express how much we loved this gorgeous home. Its open floor plan, views of the golf course and mountains, luxurious furnishings are almost nothing compared to the most amazing back yard we've ever experienced. The owners did such a beautiful job sculpting a gorgeously landscaped piece of heaven, complete with a fire pit (we had s'mores!), outdoor kitchen, pool, spa... We spent the better part of a month at this home, and loved every minute of it. If this home is ever for sale, we hope to be contacted - we would snap it up in a second! We'll definitely be back the second our schedules allow.

Why they chose this property

We think our property stands out for it's well appointed and artistic interior, as well as the breath taking views. The large pool (rare in our neighborhood) and outdoor entertainment areas are hard to beat. It's a short 10 minute drive to downtown Palm Springs and offers the quiet many seek on their holidays, not always found closer to downtown Palm Springs.

What makes this property unique

We purchased this particular home because of it's large lot size overlooking double fairways on the Escena golf course. It's an easy bike ride or walk to the Escena grill, known for it's Sunday brunch, but just a great spot for a delicious meal. The sun dropping behind the San Jacinto mountain range at sunset is an image that is hard to forget. And it happens every night :)
