Ist; the communication about the property being booked and y'all having to switch it then almost cancelling it, then making it fine was suspicious.2ndly; nowhere in your advertising for this space is it said there are window units, which the back guest room didn't have one. That was disappointing.3rd; There were O rolls of toilet paper nor paper towels. We had to get our own.4th; no one EVER told me the WiFi, I texted the number and got nothing.5th; Peaceful is not how this space should be described. EVERY night of the weekend people were running around on the balcony's. Last night l saw two women barely dressed and hammered running around.6th; The quality of this space is not worth the price point. The lack of circulated cold air, O amenities, and noise was bewildering to me but also the door hinges falling apart, the tile on the floor is coming up, it was just not what I expected from photos.This was a really disappointing space, overall. I'm sorry that I don't have anything more positive to give as I'm usually super understanding to things but this genuinely felt just like you guys charged the most you could for the least amount of service
