IMPORTANT NOTE BEFORE BOOKING!!

Our loft is located in the heart of downtown Louisville, giving guests quick access to restaurants, nightlife, hospitals, conventions, and major attractions. Because of this prime city location, you may hear normal downtown noise, including traffic from nearby roads and the highway. For added comfort, we provide ear plugs and a white noise machine in the unit.

The space
Please also note that, like many downtown areas, you may occasionally encounter homeless individuals in surrounding public spaces near the building or parking area. While the apartment itself is secure, clean, and professionally managed, the outside environment is part of an active urban setting and is outside of host control.

PARKING:
Nearby Parking is available behind the building under the overpass. Please note that the parking area is currently under construction as part of ongoing improvements to make it a safer and cleaner environment for guests.
For the time being, we highly recommend the nearby Norton parking garage as an alternative option. It is secure, conveniently located, and well-lit, though parking fees do apply. Additional paid street parking is also available nearby.

PET POLICY:
We’re happy to welcome pets!
• 1–7 nights: $35/night per pet
• 8–29 nights: $200 per pet
• 30+ nights: $300 per pet

HOUSE RULES & IMPORTANT POLICIES:
• Strictly NO PARTIES or events
• Strictly NO SMOKING inside the unit
• Quiet hours are from 10 PM – 8 AM
• Only registered guests are allowed inside the property unless approved by the host
• Please do not unplug connected electronics or devices
• Guests are responsible for any damages, missing items, or excessive cleaning caused during the stay

FEES & PENALTIES:
• Lost keys/access devices: $250 replacement fee
• Unauthorized late check-out: $50/hour
• Check-out at 12 PM or later without approval may be charged as an extra night stay
• Smoking, parties, or major rule violations may result in additional charges up to $500

Other things to note
To help ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, all guests are required to review and sign our House Rules Agreement before check-in. This agreement summarizes the house rules, property guidelines, and guest responsibilities during your stay.

Please note that completing the House Rules Agreement is required before check-in instructions are provided. If you are not comfortable completing the agreement, we kindly ask that you do not book this property.


OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability
• Luggage drop-off may be available with prior approval
• Fresh linens and towels are prepared before arrival but are not replaced during the stay
• Exterior security cameras are installed in common areas and building entrances only
• Noise monitoring devices are installed inside the unit for safety purposes and do not record conversations or audio

This space is best suited for guests comfortable with a lively downtown environment and looking for convenience, affordability, and easy city access.
