Please return beach chairs and umbrella's to the wooden box under the car port and the cooler to the laundry room
Please make sure the hot tub heater and jets are off as well as TV's, lights & fans
Lock Door: Push door slightly in towards the house and hit the "lock" button on the keypad
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Why they chose this property

Our neighborhood has the traditional "old-Florida", small- mid-century style ranch homes. It very quiet and family friendly with easy walking distance to the beach

What makes this property unique

Our property is unique because of the out-door living experience. Our pool in not enclosed by a screened cage but rather surrounded by beautiful Florida foliage. Compete with large palm trees, palmettos and flowers. We have a beautiful, heated pool and spa, complete with an outdoor kitchen. We also have a TiKi Hut for you to share a meal together, do a work-out or watch a game on TV. Our space is the perfect family retreat!
