It is detached with off street parking to the front and a secure garden to the rear. The garden has a private pool and barbecue. The inside of the villa is furnished to a very standard and should cater for all of your home comforts. The kitchen is fully fitted with all mod cons and there is an outside utility room with a washing machine
The villa is situated in Tamaragua just off the main Corralejo to La Oliva road. Tamaragua (La Capellania) it’s 4 km from the tourist town of Corralejo. It’s a quiet and well maintained neighbourhood. The house it’s 50 m distant of the market, two restaurants and bus stations. It’s also possible to use a bigger swimming pool.
