The rest of the modules (Main and Middle), can be occupied by other people. Even when other modules are occupied, the design of the house and its program guarantee privacy and tranquility (you can see the plans of each Module in not having to share any space with another guest.

The Main Module (6 people), has priority in the private use of the heated pool (from November 1 to April 30) and is deep throughout. If the Main Module is not occupied, the rest of the guests can access the pool freely. It is a situation that has been given to us on other occasions and the policy we have is to leave the tenants themselves to maintain a dialogue between themselves. Normally people do not usually make it difficult for other guests to use the pool momentarily throughout the day, as long as the decision in the schedule, form, maximum time ... of the Main Module Guest is respected.

Minor room, 53 m2 interior, for a living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Patio of 18 m2, and pergola of 42 m2.

Kinegua has almost 750 domesticated m2, within 6000 m2 of land, on the edge of the protected natural area of Montaña Colorada. To inhabit it, choose the puzzle, a part, or the whole.
