• Maximum of 2 pets.

• No smoking or vaping inside the unit or on the balcony.

• No parties.

• Turn off the fireplaces before bed. It will get very hot otherwise and unbearable to sleep. This is for your own safety.

• You are welcome to the entire place but please be respectful of locked cabinets or areas marked private. These consist of cabinets in the hallway, upstairs bathroom, and garage.

• Quiet hours: 10pm to 7am

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Clean any small appliances, coffee makers, etc. you have used or at least leave them out so our cleaners know to clean them.
Ensure spa key is left in plain view. Lost key fee is $100.
If your furry friend makes a mess, please let us know. Otherwise we won’t get the chance to address it, and it negatively impacts our next guest’s experience. We generally do not charge for this.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Why they chose this property

This is a great pocket neighborhood that is surrounded by nature on all sides. Low traffic and safe for kids as there is no through traffic. Go out the back and just start hiking!

What makes this property unique

The views from the living room and balcony are spectacular. You get to just experience nature from the comfort of the fireplace or while grilling your family's next meal. Mammoth is a special place and we think our house exemplifies why. We have tried to amenitize it so it feels nice, comfy, and practical.
