Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Close windows Leave TV remotes on the coffee tables in the appropriate rooms Leave 1 House key and the 2 garage openers on Kitchen counter. MAIL back the key in the postage prepaid enveloped provided
Leave all dirty towels on bathroom or laundry room floors. Do not wash large towels in the machine Empty all kitchen and bathroom trash cans in the outside dumpster Leave kitchen sink clean and empty
Run dishwasher Take out all food from Fridge and dispose Do not move furniture around NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE Do not leave any food outside No more than four cars, 2 in garage, 2 on driveway
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The cabin was perfect for seven guests (could have comfortably fit more). The amenities and appliances were top notch. The place was clean, warm, no signs of wear and tear and better than expected. All guests were very happy with the place and we would certainly stay here again.

We have enjoyed Mammoth for more than 30 years. The whole family enjoys skiing or snowboarding and hiking in the summer/fall. We enjoy the fall in Mammoth seeking out the fall colors and change of season.

Why they chose this property

Conviently located to the Village, easy 10 minute walk. Easy 5 minute drive to Canyon and Eagle Lodge. Home is very spacious, room for the entire family of all ages.

What makes this property unique

Outdoor hot tub on lower deck provides some shelter from falling snow. Great room has lots of space for family hanging out and large kitchen open to the great room. Fantastic large windows in the Great Room provide stunning views especially when the snow if falling. Enjoy summers grilling and lougning around the outdoor firepit. We have many family games and videos for your use.
