The Space:

Welcome to your private lakeside vantage point. This 4-bedroom, 2,100 sq. ft. home was designed to maximize its 180° views of Beaver Lake and the lifestyle that comes with it.



Outdoor Living Reimagined: Unlike standard decks, our oversized screened porch functions as a second living room. With a wood-burning fireplace and plenty of seating, it’s the heart of the home.



Communal Kitchen & Dining: The kitchen is fully equipped for large group meals and opens directly into the dining area, featuring plenty of natural light and lake vistas.



The Fire Pit Experience: Located on the edge of the property, the dedicated fire pit area is the premier spot for evening s'mores and stargazing.



Fitness with a View: Keep up with your routine in a workout space featuring an exercise bike positioned right in front of the window.



Adventure at Your Doorstep: Follow our private, steep nature trail (approx. 1,000 yards) down to the shoreline for a rugged hike that rewards you with direct lake access for fishing or exploring. Note: The return climb is a great workout!

We’ve optimized our 4 bedrooms and loft to comfortably accommodate large groups:

• Master Suite: King bed with a private en-suite bathroom and custom shower.

• Bedroom 2: King bed with premium linens.

• Bedroom 3: Queen bed.

• The Bunk Room: 1 Single bed + 1 Bunk bed (Perfect for the kids!).

• The Loft: Features an additional Double bed for extra guests.

• 3.5 Bathrooms: Plenty of space to get ready for a day on the lake without the morning rush.

Getting Around:

Nestled near Beaver Lake in a quiet, scenic area, this home offers easy access to outdoor adventure while still being a short drive from town. Uber and Lyft are limited in this area.



Other Things to Note:

Lake Access - There is lake access about 1,000 yards from the home. Please note that the path is quite steep, and the return climb from the water can be challenging. At times, the lake level may rise and temporarily flood low-lying areas near the access point.



Extra Guests - This listing is for 8 people. Four extra guests up to 12 people are welcome for $25 per night per person. Please note the bedding arrangements. (No unregistered guests allowed. That means only the number of guests on your reservation are allowed.)



Long Term Stays - We welcome long-term stays! Please note that for stays longer than 28 nights, a security deposit and additional cleaning fees apply to ensure the home remains in top condition for the duration of your visit. Biweekly cleanings are mandatory.



Deposits - A security deposit is required and is charged in addition to the booking cost. This deposit is refundable upon inspection after your stay.



Crew - If you are booking on behalf of a “crew” or “company,” please let us know in advance and confirm if you will be staying at the property yourself.



Rental Agreement - All bookings require a signature on our standard Rental Agreement, which outlines specific house rules and liability policies. We are happy to provide a copy of this agreement in advance upon request for your review prior to booking.



Pets - No pets allowed.

We respect our guests' privacy and offer a seamless self-check-in experience. While we will not be present at the property, we are readily available via phone or the messaging app to answer any questions or provide assistance to ensure you have a wonderful stay.
