Also you are just minutes from Cape Girardeau, featuring our brand new Sportsplex, Waterpark, 2 world renowned hospitals-Mercy and Saint Francis Medical Center. Also home to Southeast Missouri University-home of the Redhawks! And lots if shopping at our newly renovated shopping mall. We love our pets, so your fur baby is welcome. Only one and sorry, no cats or puppies. The home has a huge fenced in backyard perfect for your fur baby to run and play. We hope you enjoy what our home and Jackson and Cape Girardeau has to offer.

Great place to stay. Very Clean. The bedrooms and bathrooms were just what we needed to get ready for my granddaughter's wedding, and the pool and backyard were such an excellent addition for relaxing.

We came off season, so we didn’t get to use the pool. But this home didn’t disappoint. It was clean, well decorated, spacious. We didn’t even need to use the basement living spaces because there was so much upstairs. Our dogs loved it and the yard large for them to run around in and the fence is a privacy fence and very secure. We had issues with the garage key pad opener and Stacey was very responsive and helpful in getting us into the home. Will definitely be back!

I hesitate to write this because I realize it might come across a little elitist. I will say that the home and yard are very spacious, the host very responsive, and they graciously don’t charge extra for pets. They also don’t leave you a list of chores to do before leaving, which is very appreciated.I do want to say a few negatives though, just because this home is so top-rated that I had expectations. I’ve stayed in many vacation rentals, and this one was really just average. I don’t know if they’ve changed some things since the other reviews were written, I just know the home was pretty dusty, had gross looking smudges on the windows, had the absolute bare minimum for kitchen items, and we had to unload the dishwasher to be able to clean our own. For such a “top-rated” pool, I expected some floating loungers or floats. I could have brought my own but didn’t think I’d have to with such a high rated home. I should have also brought our own pool towels. Actually just towels in general were hard to find. Very minimal outdoor furniture for such a nice pool.Again, not a bad place, just not exceptional is my impression.
