This house was perfect for 2 couples to share. Everything was so clean and they provided us with shampoo and soaps. It was in a nice location very quiet neighborhood. The extra special touch of having snacks like donuts and little cakes waiting for us was so thoughtful. We would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable home with plenty of room. Mr. Coffee-style pot, full-size appliances. One BR is downstairs. The bathrooms are on the street level. If more than two guests, expect to eat in the LR. All-in-all, our extended family enjoyed staying here and would consider staying again.

The house is 4 bedroom/2 bath/but one bedroom is in the basement and both bathrooms are upstairs. I don't think the listing explains that. The house was immaculately clean! Probably the cleanest rental I've ever seen. The location was great! Very close to everything but in a neighborhood that is really peaceful. We walked down to a house having a yard sale. We enjoyed the backyard with the firepit in the evenings. Response time for the host could have been better but our issues were resolved, so no complaints at all. Would definitely recommend this property! This is a perfect basecamp for enjoying all that Cape Girardeau has to offer! If you haven't been to Dogwood Social House, put it on your schedule of things to do. It's less than 2 miles from this property and we had so much fun at the arcade! (we're all adults and felt like kids again).
