Do not go on the river when it is frozen, because the water never stops flowing the ice depth will be variable and unpredictable. Feel free to use the canoe and kayak at your own risk. There are life vests and paddles in the garage. Please put them up on the dock and tie them to a cleat when you are finished. Please bring the outdoor furniture cushions in if there will be heavy rain. The basement bathroom has a grinder pump to push waste up to the septic tank, absolutely nothing other than waste/toilet paper can be flushed. Please do not plug in or attempt to use the pellet stove.
Additional requests Please place all used linen and towels in the laundry room. Recycling and trash can be placed in the garage. Food scraps can be left in the kitchen as we do composting as well as our housekeeper offers some things for her chickens. Thank you so much.
