The sun filled 3rd floor boasts a gorgeous kitchen with all newer appliances and a large dining area for meals & games. With 3 floors of living space, including 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, you can spread out in comfort. The mid level pub area, complete with pool table, arcade game and a wet bar, makes it fun to stay in after a long day. You'll enjoy mountain views from this village home as well as river views from your private hot tub. The house also boasts 2 woodburning fireplaces and 6 TVs. Skiers and non-skiers alike will appreciate this incredible location!

Why they chose this property

We have another home in Ludlow and a property in Mt. Holly but this home has always been one of our favorites. When it went up for foreclosure after our friend Rob passed, we just had to try for it. This season we took his vision even further by enclosing the side porch to add a dining area.

What makes this property unique

This home is on the river in the center of town just steps from the shuttle and all Ludlow has to offer. The amazing views and the new hot tub location make this home absolutely unique! Originally an old mill, the home has seen many renovations. A standout feature is that it's an "upside down" house; the main kitchen, dining and living room are on the top floor. This layout offers tremendous views of town, the river and the mountain.
