Welcome to Pondside Overlook, a secluded farmhouse overlooking a spring-fed pond where you can enjoy relaxing gatherings by the fire, endless entertainment options in the game room, or compete in a corn hole game in the backyard.

Our property also features a large pavilion on a tranquil pond to savor a quiet night or relaxing day fishing, swimming, or kayaking with the included inflatable kayak.

With the charm of a secluded farmhouse and ample space for large groups, this 7-bedroom, 4-bathroom retreat offers the perfect setting for unforgettable gatherings. Nestled by a spring-fed pond and surrounded by nature, enjoy privacy, comfort, and entertainment galore—from a fully loaded game room to a relaxing hot tub and private pond access.

Bedrooms and Baths
• Primary Bedroom Suite (1st Floor, 1 King bed): With a private full bathroom and sofa area to unwind, this suite captures the rustic farmhouse vibe and features a coffee bar to start the day right.
• Second Bedroom (1st Floor, 1 Full bed): Feel the drama with the built-in shelving with decor to invite your curiosity.
• Third Bedroom (1st Floor, 1 Full bed): A cozy and rustic bedroom.
• Fourth Bedroom (2nd Floor, 2 Queen beds): Spacious and with a desk, this room is great for visitors that need more privacy and a work space.
• Fifth Bedroom (2nd Floor, 1 Queen bed, 2 Twin beds trundle): A snug and quiet hideaway with a queen bed and a twin trundle for kids or toddlers.
• Sixth Bedroom (Basement, 2 Full beds): Two full beds for kids or adults with a mirror to check yourself out before you head out to the game room.
• Seventh Bedroom (Basement, 4 Full bunk beds): Perfect for kids, this room features ample beds for kids to have the time of their lives.

• Full Bathrooms: Stocked with fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and extras like hair dryer, cotton swabs, floss picks, and more for your convenience.

• Main Living Room: Relax in the lounge area perfect for catching up over coffee or an impromptu catch up with a love one after a hearty meal.
• Basement Lounge Area: Sprawl out on the couches in the basement lounge area while you enjoy a movie or conversations by the bar area.

• Entertainment Central (Basement): Challenge your group to ping pong, air hockey, darts, foosball, Hot Shots basketball, or play retro arcades like Street Fighter, Ms. Pac Man, Golden Tee, and NBA Jam!

• Balcony with Rocking Chairs: Start your mornings with a cup of coffee and the sounds of birdsong.

This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a $500 security hold (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company — $25 per day, capped at $49 total per stay. Damage waiver purchases are optional, and the damage waiver does not cover extra cleaning.
