Looks just like the photos. The unit was clean, the air conditioning worked well and it was nice to have a balcony to sit outside. The LOCATION was the best. Within walking distance of all the downtown shops and restaurants. We also lucked up with parking in front of the unit with the parking meters!

Stayed over a long weekend. This space was fantastic because it was very walkable to spots we wanted to check out anyway. It was clean, charming, and well maintained.

The location was perfect for walking into downtown Asheville- especially on the rainy weekend we were there. The property state sleeps 4 (with a pull out couch). One of our 3 slept on pull out couch and we had no comforter or blanket for them. We reached out to after hours contact who assured us it would be addresses. It was not until the next day. We ended up going to Target at 9pm to buy a comforter. That was frustrating. The bedroom has no closet and literally holds only a king bed so be prepared for that. Otherwise the property is fine. Especially for a single person or couple. But 3-4 people would be cramped. The building is super cool built in late 1800s! Loved that piece of history. If I went back alone, I would rent again.

This was a wonderful place for two moms getting away. Cute little rental close to everything. Completely walkable. There is a great restaurant/bar right downstairs to grab some dinner and drinks if you don’t feel like going far. Clean, comfortable, convenient. Couldn’t ask for more!

My wife and I were in Asheville for almost a week and looking for a convenient, comfortable place downtown to relax. It’s a great location and the building is a cool, recently renovated old building. But the unit itself is bare-bones. The living room had 1 armchair and tiny 5ft sleeper loveseat for seating. 2 people can sit down, but that’s about it. And the loveseat was actually broken, slanting to one side. I messaged the management company, they said they couldn’t accommodate a room change, and would send a maintenance person. Someone apparently came while we were out one day, but nothing was fixed or replaced.The bedroom has a king, but the room can’t fit anything else besides the bed. There is a luggage rack, but no other furniture. So my wife’s bag lived on the luggage rack, and mine on the floor for the week. It’s fine to crash for a night or two maybe, but not comfy for any longer.
