Welcome to Casa Tecolote, a newly renovated 5 bedroom home with ocean views and a beautiful solar heated, salt water pool. Just a 4 minute walk from the beach or the town center, but nicely tucked away on a quiet dead-end street.
There is a separate studio apartment above the house, where I live full-time. I may use the swimming pool sometimes, and I also pass through the main terrace to enter or leave my apartment. I often foster puppies for the local adoption center.
