Its great for 2 families wanting to vacation together but can retreat to their own spaces at night. New furniture!
Up to 8 parking spaces so leave the car in the driveway and walk across the street to the beach!

We bought this from the Sullivan family who have taken great care of this house since 1969 and we fell in love with this historic home

A great home across from the ocean where you can sit in the sunroom, 1st floor deck or 2nd floor deck and enjoy the ocean views!
No need to bring everything from the car to the beach just bring a chair and go back to the house for lunch!
