Near Brooklyn Bridge Park, Barclay Center. Also near Downtown Brooklyn, Park Slope, Gowanus, Fort Green, Brooklyn Heights and Dumbo. giving you access to all neighborhoods shops & subways w/in 5- 15 minutes walking.
Getting Around:
SUBWAY
Easily get to your destination in Manhattan downtown to Central park in 5-30 minutes once your are on the train! 15 minute train ride on the G to Willamsburg
- 1 block to the F / G Bergen St. Station (just 3 stops to Manhattan on the F, or to Williamsburg on the G)

*This is a family friendly building! You may store stroller on ground level hallway daily. High chair, crib and bed rails available (must request when booking).
*This apartment is located on the 3rd and 4th floors of a walk-up 3 family townhouse, so you must up 2 flights of stairs to get to the unit.
*There is a split A/C unit in the large open living area and window A/C units is each of the 3 bedrooms are put in for the month of April-November or by request.
*This home has 1 zone heating, meaning the entire 1700 sf apartment is set to the same heat temperature.
*Although this unit has undergone extensive renovations, the building is old (1910 built) so the unit and the building still has its quirks including creaky floors on parts of the 3rd floor and in the common hallways one zone heating, and window AC units in all of the bedrooms.
**This is a legal short-term housing unit and will be delivered to you completed ready for you with empty closets any zero clutter.
**Please note that we require cleaning every other week at guest cost of $275. Our cleaner does and excellent job and you will be very happy to have her. We are happy to add the cleaning cost to the booking or have you pay her directly via Zle or cash.
