The property was very clean and in a great location. Silvia was very accommodating when we had some last minute changes. We really appreciated how well appointed the property was with little extras like coffee machine, lots of towels and pantry items. We would definitely stay again.

Quiet and welcoming.
Quiet location with plenty of facilities in walking distance.
I found the floor tiles On the floor to be a little cold and marked but overall a great value option. Silvia was lovely and the decor is gorgeous. I would stay again.

Why they chose this property
Situated north of Lake Burley Griffin near the London Circuit, the New Acton Precinct incorporates art, retail and hospitality facilities and three apartment complexes surrounded by gardens designed by Oculus. You get the best of both worlds close to the City yet quite and relaxing.
What makes this property unique
What made me fall in love with this property is the unique architecture, the breathtaking views from the living room of Black Mountain and Telstra Tower and the vibe the place has being a precinct and a little CBD within itself. You can pop down stairs and watch a movie at Palace Electric Cinema or go for dinner at Monster Restaurant all without having to leave the building. I love that Pilates classes are offered in the building and that if you want some fresh air you can walk across the road and you are on beautiful Lake Burley Griffin or if you want to go and check out the City, Shopping and Nightlife its only just a short beautiful walk. I just love this place and am so excited to share it with you.
