Nice clean apartment for family with older kids who need to be in the Markham area. 10min drive to York U. Kitchen is lacking some utensils which may be wanted on a longer stay, but otherwise zero complaints, would recommend.

Rental owner explained that their unit is in a building where management discourages short term rentals. This was not made clear until the keys were handed over to us. We were coached on discretion and secrecy. It’s a beautiful place though.

We’re surprised and disappointed by the 6/10 rating, as it does not reflect the experience provided during the guest’s stay. The guest had an excellent experience with the property, and our team went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and comfortable stay. At check-in, we personally arranged two complimentary parking spots—an added convenience not guaranteed with every booking—and thoroughly explained all condo rules and guidelines to ensure clarity and avoid any issues during the stay. Communication was clear, proactive, and supportive throughout. Given the quality of the accommodation, the added complimentary amenities, and the attentive check-in process, we believe the overall experience warranted a significantly higher rating.

The host was extremely friendly and responsive to all of our questions prior to checkin. There was a small issue with the internet service during our stay which the host came over personally to resolve, and we were back online very quickly. Beds and furnishings were all clean and very comfortable, and the view from the unit is spectacular. The location is close to a shopping area and minutes from CF Markville, and is close to the 404 for easy access to downtown Toronto. We would definitely book again the next time we are visiting the Toronto area!
