1 bedroom relaxing cottage with a pullout sofa for additional guests. This cottage has a full kitchen - 1 bath and a very nice deck where you can hear the sounds of Ketners Mill dam. This property is a great get away but also not to far away from Chattanooga and and has an enormous amount of outdoor activity near by. This cabin sits directly on the Sequatchie River. Fish from your very on secluded beach, kayak down the sequatchie river or take a walk on the farm and pet some of our horses. Cabin-2

We arrived after the check-in and it has still not been cleaned. I contacted Clint and he contacted the cleaning lady who forgot to clean the cabin. We went out for a while, came back in an hour, and the cabin was clean, except for there was still a beer can on the back porch and it needed sweeping off terribly so I swept it myself. Absolutely loved the cabin and loved where it was and was perfect for coming in for the Tennessee knockout race that was very close by only a 10 minute drive. It’s very accurate to the description and very peaceful and quiet out. Unfortunately, just still waiting on my cleaning fee refund.? this will not deter me from staying next year. It’s just a perfect location and a beautiful cabin. I would recommend bringing extra blankets if anybody is staying on the pullout, there’s only one throw blanket in the living room.
