Great location, poor service

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this property for a visit to the Land of Oz. For that purpose it was perfect. Wonderful location, could walk to the entrance. Upon entering the home we discovered the air conditioning did not work, which led us to discover the rental company does not have any after hours support. The home is nice. It needs to be pressure washed and likely painted on the outside. If not for the rental company I would have given it 5 stars. All rentals could use extra cleaning. The hot tub was really nasty though. Still entering a rental home with no functioning HVAC and the support system being we'll fix it when you leave is likely unheard of in rentals in 2026. No call or anything just oops we'll take care of that in normal business hours. I also did not appreciate the company lying about a discount I never received. The house was fine though. Needs to be cleaned properly. Rugs replaced with general upkeep, but that's most rental properties. When you go on vacation you go to relieve stress. Renting this property just created more stress.
