Completely renovated unit - we were the first to use it and it was beautiful and had everything we needed. The pool was brand new as well with new lounge chairs, umbrella tables and patio with 2 new gas grills. It was a great location and easy quick walk to the private beach access!

This property was our first VRBO rental. It was clean and comfortable. It was wonderfully decorated with a seashell and ocean theme. The decor created the perfect ambiance for our much anticipated trip to Sanibel Island. Check in was very easy and communication with the host company outstanding. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare some meals ourselves. The beds were comfortable with 2 queen beds in one room and a larger king in the primary. We loved our stay so much we wished we had booked it for several more days. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony having morning breakfast or a little afternoon relaxation time. The beach is about a half a block away across the road down a pathway. There are beach chairs, a wagon and some sand toys for the little ones to use. We used the pool once and it was not crowded. It was nice to have a laundry team in the unit. (keep the washer door open to dry out in-between uses). We miss this condo and our stay here at Seashells. Hope to visit again one day.
