Great house. Very clean and close to the beach. Only about a 5-minute walk, but they also provide a free golf cart. Their street connects to Scenic Gulf Drive directly in front of the beach-front parking lot next to Pompano Joe's, so very convenient if you want to drive to the beach.The layout of the house is great. The top floor has the kids area with bunk rooms and dedicated bedroom. You could sleep 16 people on that floor alone since several of the bunks a full-size beds. The top floor includes the foosball table, which we greatly enjoyed. The second floor has 3 bedrooms and includes the video game table, which has dozens of games including Pac Mac, Ms. Pac Man, Galactica, Donkey Kong, Dig Dug and so many more. Great fun.

Comfortable and accommodating

House was very comfortable and accommodating for our large group. The only downfall was that there is no Netflix in the bedrooms. Other than that we were very pleased with the house. Nice location and the golf cart was nice.

Fantastic rental property, kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals. Pool was great!! Loved location. Beds clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for our party of 14. Our teenage boys and their dads loved the arcade games! Check in was easy, only wish we could have checked in earlier, 5:00 is late. The website stated there was coolers and beach things. There was not. Struggled with WiFi, but was able to get it figured out the next day. Golf cart regulations were a little much, however I do understand why they were the way they are. Wish there were some throw blankets or extra blankets, like to use multiple at night and when it’s chilly at night. Overall great experience and would love to stay again!! Great communication with owners!

We hosted nine adults and eight children in this home for a week. The multiple king suites and plentiful bathrooms were a terrific benefit. We also love having the private pool and golf cart, though the walk to the beach was only a few minutes. The communication was excellent and timely. Highly recommend this property!

Large family vacation

Great rental property. Close to the beach. Pool was great and kids loved the arcade game. Golf cart came in handy and a nice extra. Plenty of room for our large family. Overall everything we could have asked for to enjoy our beach vacation!!! Would definitely recommend.
