The fully equipped kitchen makes meal preparation a pleasure, featuring new Viking appliances, a hydro water filtration system, and plenty of counter space for cooking and entertaining.

Comfortable Sleeping Spaces
Each bedroom is tastefully decorated and offers a restful retreat after a day of adventure. The primary suite includes private balcony access and an en suite bathroom with a large vanity and walk-in shower.

Additional amenities include central air conditioning, a private washer and dryer, and a Pack ’N Play for younger guests.

* The home is located within a gated community; a $50 access fee is payable to the HOA at check-in (valid for stays up to seven days, subject to change).
* A backup generator ensures reliable power during outages.
* The gas fireplace is unavailable for guest use.
* Maximum occupancy: 6 guests | Maximum vehicles: 2 (garage parking only; no driveway parking).
* No pets and no smoking permitted.
* 4WD or traction may be required in winter.
* Security cameras are located in the garage, at the front doorway, and on the back deck (facing outward).
* Guests must be 21 years or older to rent.

Please note: This home is in a noise-sensitive community. Quiet hours are 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. and are strictly enforced to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.
