The Hideout is a cozy one-level, 1,100-square-foot cabin nestled in the

private, gated community of Pine Mountain Lake in Groveland, California.

Surrounded by trees and nature, this peaceful retreat welcomes your furry

family members and offers a relaxing escape with modern comforts—just 25 miles

from Yosemite National Park.

This is a pet-friendly home with a $75 one-time pet fee plus tax.

All pets must be approved, declared, and registered prior to arrival

Pets must be well-behaved, housebroken, and non-destructive

No pets on furniture

Gated Community Access & Fees

The home is located in Pine Mountain Lake, a private gated community with

24-hour security.

A one-time, non-refundable $50 gate pass is required per vehicle, payable

directly to the HOA upon arrival. Stays of 8 nights or longer may incur

additional fees per Pine Mountain Lake Association rules.



Parking & Accessibility

Driveway parking available for 2–3 vehicles

Property has both interior and exterior stairways



Additional Info

Sheets, bath towels, comforters, blankets, and pillows are provided (beach

towels not included)

No outdoor fires allowed

Coffee, spices, oils, food, and snacks are not provided

Maximum occupancy: 8 guests (including children and infants)
