Each bedroom is a private retreat with a queen bed, its own air-conditioning unit in the warm months, and a Roku-enabled TV. A sleeper sofa with an upgraded queen visco mattress provides added flexibility for groups of up to 10.

Lovely, well maintained property. It was a perfect gathering place for our family consisting of out-of-towners and Helena residents. Great gathering spaces inside and a nice big fenced backyard for kids and dogs.

Great place, just as advertised. Loved everything about our stay. It was so cozy. The ac’s were nice and cold. Hosts were very responsive and gracious. Will definitely stay again.

My softball team and I stayed for the state tournament in town. This was a perfect fit for our team. Communicating with the owners was great and quick. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked and the BBQ made team dinner prep a breeze. Thank you for having us and if we make it to state again and it’s hosted in Helena we will be returning customers!

The property was very welcoming for my pets. Shane was a great host enabling us to check in early as our travel plans changed do to a late spring, winter storm. The VRBO was very quiet and the house stayed very warm as the storm rolled through. The location was very easy to get to and just a short distance from Helena.

Shane is a US Army Veteran who traded the South for Big Sky Country. Although he’ll never stop bleeding orange and blue (War Eagle!), Montana has been his home for more than 20 years. He raised his children in this house and happy memories still resonate from every room. Shane met Heather in 2022. Heather, a Montana native and graduate of the University of Montana, was working and raising her teen daughter in Missoula. With an empty nest in Helena, Shane relocated to Missoula shortly before he and Heather married. Not quite ready to let his family home go, they decided to open it to others looking to make memories of their own.
