This hidden paradise is pleasantly located in a safe neighborhood only 20ish minutes from PHX Airport, near the N. Phoenix/Scottsdale line. This Airbnb, down to the little things, doesn’t feel like a rental…you are staying in a home away from home! So much care & thought has gone into providing the most comfortable furniture, décor, & entertainment!

Close by: Scottsdale’s golf courses, the MIM, shopping at Kierland, hiking trails, Mayo Clinic, West World Events, Arabian Horse Show…..

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
1. Wash, dry, clean, & put away all pots, pans, bowls, dishes, mugs, drinking glasses, kitchen utensils, etc...
2. Ensure that all sinks, faucets, & mirrors don’t have toothpaste, shavings, spit, food, or other personal matters in them.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
1. Remove shoes/avoid wearing them in home. 2. No Smoking/vaping, of any type, anywhere on premise 3. ONLY toiletpaper and bodily fluids in toilets
4. Avoid and clean up any toothpaste/soap/shavings, food, or other items in all sinks, on any faucets, or mirrors
5.Please note the AC may not be set below 75 and when you leave for extended periods please set 5 degrees higher
