Grin and Bear It is a charming A-frame in prime Red River Gorge, nestled in “The Ridge.” One of five updated cabins, it’s a clean, cozy retreat with a private porch, hammock, and communal fire pit. Unwind in the indoor Jacuzzi tub after a day of adventure. Your ideal Gorge getaway.
You will also have access to a shared fire pit area!
The Ridge is a privately owned plot of land that encompasses 6 total cabins. Five A-Frame cabins and one House.
Follow signs! Drive through the private gate, over the bridge and follow the driveway all the way up the hill. Canoe Believe It is located just around the bend, it is the first cabin you will see. There is a sign that says: Canoe Believe It (Cabin #1).
Our Aframes are accessible via a one-lane street that begins with a gravel path providing a touch of rustic charm. As you ascend the hill, the road (about 1/4 mile at this point) transforms into smooth blacktop, ensuring a comfortable drive up to the cabins. Once you've reached the top of the hill it transitions back to gravel, maintaining the serene, secluded atmosphere. This road offers an intimate ambiance with multiple turnouts, making the journey to your cabin both charming and easily manageable.
PLEASE NOTE: During the winter months, when snow and ice may be present, a 4-wheel drive or the use of tire chains is required for safe travel.
