The space Upper Level: • Large living room with ample room for activities. • Gas fireplace for cozy ambiance during winter nights. • Dining table with seating for 6. • Updated kitchen with all the appliances (not 1, but 2 crockpots!) and utensils needed to create and serve a meal for the whole group. • Deck featuring a private hot tub and backing up to open space directly behind. • Bedroom #1 features a queen bed, flatscreen TV and ensuite full bathroom with a spacious shower, double vanity and separate toilet closet.
Lower Level: • Bedroom #2 featuring a queen bed and ensuite bathroom. This bedroom has a sliding glass door that opens to the patio outside. • Bedroom #3 featuring a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combination. This bedroom also has a sliding glass door that connects to the outside patio. • Private heated 1 car garage with room to park 1 car in front. • Washer and dryer.
Maximum occupancy: 6 - Not to be exceeded at any time. Parking capacity: 2 cars - additional or oversized vehicles must check BreckPark for overnight pay parking options in town.
Location: • One block from Main Street and Main Street Station and plentiful shopping and restaurants. • About 300 yards/5 minute walk to the Quicksilver Lift/ Base of Peak 9*. • About one block from the bottom of 4 O'Clock Run*. At the end of the day take 4 O'Clock Run all the way down to the bottom and walk 1 block back to the building or ski to the bottom of Quicksilver Lift and walk 5 minutes back. *Peak 9 and/or 4 O'Clock Run may be closed early and/or late season and are subject to snowpack and mountain conditions. It is the guest's responsibility to be aware of mountain terrain statuses and operations. • Bus stop located across the street. Bus routes continue to the Breck Connect gondola and the Breckenridge Transfer Station with other bus options to continue to Keystone, Frisco or Copper Mountain.
Upper Village Pool Clubhouse: • Heated outdoor pool • 1 Indoor hot tub • 2 Outdoor hot tubs • Open from noon-8pm • This clubhouse is open seasonally and has the following 2026 CLOSURE dates: - Maintenance: Approximately mid April (likely April 12th) to the Friday before Memorial Day - Fall Maintenance: Approximately September 28th (Monday after Oktoberfest) to mid or late November. *This clubhouse is not on-site and is located approximately 150 yards away at 450 Village Rd. There is a path behind the parking lot that leads to the clubhouse.

The townhouse was in a great location, very roomy and comfortable. We loved being able to walk to the lift within 5 minutes as well as to town. Highly recommend!
Simply the best place we have stayed. Clean, comfortable and well stocked. So convenient and kids loved sledding behind the property. Matt and his family have created an oasis in the midst of these frightening and fragile times.

This property was in a prime location, just a short walk to the cute downtown Breckinridge Main Street. It was very clean and had a pretty view of the trees. Worked very well for our family vacation!

My family of 6 had a great time in Breckenridge in this wonderful condo. It had everything we needed to eat, relax and enjoy for a week. The hot tub was a great place to relax after a long day on the slopes!
We could not have asked for a better stay! Perfect location, quick walk right to the heart of town. The bus stop was right outside the community to get you to any peak within minutes. The house was clean and equipped with everything and anything you could possibly need. We would rent this house again in a heartbeat, can not say enough positive things about it.

Wonderfully appointed, spacious, clean and quiet. Walking distance to downtown Breck. Loved the fully stocked kitchen, every bedroom had its own bath. Very spacious master and master bath. Would rent this unit again in a heartbeat.

We had an awesome stay in early August. The house is very nice and had plenty of space and a very open floor plan. The kitchen/appliances and private hot tub are a nice bonus, and the location is just about perfect. It's a short walk to main street, the gondola, upper village pool, the rec path, and numerous other trails. I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.
