The Space:

Songbird (165), is nestled on a cozy corner lot with every amenity checked that you could want. This unit sleeps 9 with double loft accommodations for four upstairs. The downstairs offers a queen size bed in the Master bedroom, a twin bed in the spare room and a pullout sofa sleeper in the living room. This stunning property also provides 2 bathrooms, one full bath with shower and a half bath for extra convenience. The kitchen is fully stocked for all cooking needs, along with an indoor media fireplace in the living area for an added layer of warmth and ambiance.

While the front porch beckons you to come sit on one of four Adirondack gliders, the back patio boasts the hidden gem! There is where you will find full privacy overlooking the tree lined backdrop of the Texas Hill Country. You will enjoy entertaining with a seated dining area for 10 under the glow of a star filled evening sky. A few small steps takes you to the covered gazebo area where you will find a fire pit for s’mores (complimentary propane provided), a charcoal grill, outdoor TV to catch the game and a double hammock for napping. The highlight here is that the second outdoor dining area is where you will capture your sunset views.

This is the perfect spot for relaxing after a day of shopping, hiking Enchanted Rock or visiting one of over 75 wineries in the Fredericksburg area. Be sure to experience the iconic Luckenbach town for an afternoon of music, conveniently located right next door (1/2 mile), to the resort.

Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire home, including outdoor seating areas, porches, and all resort amenities. Check-in is simple, with easy entry and convenient parking right at the site.



The Neighborhood:

Located within Firefly Resort, surrounded by scenic vineyards, rolling hills, and peaceful Hill Country views. Enjoy proximity to local wineries, dining, and downtown Fredericksburg attractions.



Getting Around:

Driving is the best way to explore the Hill Country. Resort roads are simple to navigate, and local wineries and shops are just a short drive away.



Other Things to Note:

This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $500(which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $29.00 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
