Robert, catch and soap bubbles in that fenced backyard with the grandkids sounds like exactly the trip we hope people have here. You're right about the three smaller bedrooms, and the one off the kitchen is a hike from a bathroom. We've added room dimensions and a simple floor plan to the listing so families can sort out sleeping arrangements before they ever pack the car. Glad the hot tub landed well and that communication held up start to finish. Next time you're out with the grandkids, bring fishing poles for the resort pond. They'd get a kick out of it.
