Great house, clean , well stocked and comfortable. A couple of things to be aware of.-The dock worked great for us but be aware there are some sharp edges. The path to the dock from the house is a bit steep, about 100 yards down, and limited steps (natural terrain) so if you have mobility issues, be careful.Great spot, we had a blast overall.
We had an amazing time and made memories that will last a lifetime! The property is beautiful, plenty of room for the whole family and it's on the lake. Management was great in assisting us with all of our requests, last minutes, and questions. We will rent again the next time we are in town.
This was a great stay from start to finish. The home was clean, well-maintained, and very private, which made it easy to relax and feel comfortable. It’s clear the host paid attention to the little details that really make a difference—everything just made sense and was exactly where you’d expect it to be.The house was well stocked with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials like pots, pans, and coffee to thoughtful extras like care products. The kitchen itself was beautiful and made it easy to cook and spend time together. Our family especially appreciated how much there was for the kids to do at the house—it kept them entertained and made the stay even more enjoyable for everyone.Check-in and check-out were both simple and hassle-free, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Overall, we had a great time and would definitely stay here again.Looking forward to coming back!
We had an overall great time staying at the property! The price for the location and house space is a great value. The kitchen is well stocked with all the essentials (& more). Everything in the house was extremely clean. There’s lot for kids to enjoy inside, which was great for rainy days- board games, toys (legos, cars, etc), a fun room with foosball & ping pong, and plastic ax/target throwing. With three kitchen(ettes), there’s lots of food prep space! The lake from the dock is beautiful and wide enough that boats/jet skis coming through were far away from our swimmers. Be prepared to walk down an incline a good bit to the dock from the house. Though this is pretty typical of the area. The wood stairs are deteriorated and only go about 1/3rd of the way down. So elderly or lower mobility folks may have trouble getting down and up.The dock has some aspects that need to be fixed and maintained: a nail sticking out, siding off with exposed nails, and etc.The double beds throughout the house are terribly uncomfortable. Highly suggest the host updates those beds! Until then any future guests only plan for young spry kids/teens sleep on the 4 doubles.Overall, the house and location made for a fun trip!
House was not what we expected . We stayed over the 4th of July weekend and it was hot. The HVAC was not sufficient to cool the home during the day. It finally did get cool first thing in the AM but could not keep the home cool. The fridge upstairs had dirty drawers, the basement fridge had rust on the exterior of the door. The dock was sub-par and had rusted nails hanging off a strip entering the lake that was a hazard. There was rotten deck furniture on the dock. Steps to lake are not illuminated as advertised and were in need of repair. Guest beds were kids beds and not suitable for adults, mattress were uncomfortable and one of our guests left early due to back issues while sleeping. Overall just not a quality house I would choose again. On a positive note the location on the lake is great, pets were allowed and the management was responsive.
