Welcome to the Rockies condo 2437 where you'll feel right at home as a base for all of your Steamboat adventures! The condo had brand new flooring installed at the end of November 2025, fresh just in time for ski season!

Enter to an open dining area and living room with cozy gas fireplace. Sink into the comfortable furniture after a long day exploring the mountains. There is a small balcony for catching the sunset or a quiet place for some morning reflections. The kitchen features upgraded appliances, plenty of counter space and a full size pantry. There is a small desk with computer monitor in an efficient workspace located off the dining area in case anyone has to catch up on emails or pop in on a Zoom call during your stay.

The main floor bedroom has a King bed with cozy bedding. We utilize triple sheeting so in addition to fresh sheets, there is a fresh comforter for each guest as well. The main floor bathroom has a large vanity and a tub/shower combo. Head upstairs to the second bedroom in the loft where you will find a Queen bed and a Full/Full bunk bed. There is also a bathroom on the loft level with large vanity and tub/shower combo. Each bedroom has its own TV and there is a TV in the living area as well.

The condo has a ski locker just outside the front door for storing your gear securely. We provide linens, towels and amenities to make your stay enjoyable including toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, shampoo/conditioner, dish detergent and more. We also provide local starter coffee to get you going your first day. During ski season, we also leave small welcome items which in the past have included local granola bars, caramels or chocolate bars.

The Rockies Condos are conveniently located within walking distance to the base of the ski area (about 1/4 mile walk which takes about 10 mins) and is also serviced by the Purple Line of the Steamboat Springs Transit during the winter which takes you up to the ski area or you can transfer to a downtown bus. The community has a great pool and hot tubs which are open year-round from 10am-10pm. There is a volleyball court for summer evening fun and a fire-pit around the pool area. The clubhouse features an exercise room, lounge area and community coin operated laundry facility.

Parking at the Rockies is a breeze, the condo is allowed 2 first-come, first-serve spaces in the ample parking lot. Our local team is here if you need anything before, during or after your stay, we are here to make sure you have a great vacation.
