Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Take out all trash and place it in the outside bins located outside the kitchen sliding glass door.
Close and lock all doors and windows. If your fur babies stayed with you, make sure you pick up and bag all their waste and place in the outdoor trash bin
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Pets are not permitted on any furniture (beds, sofas, chairs, ottomans). If evidence is found, a $250 cleaning & damage fee will be charged.

This was a nice treat for my mom and sister who were visiting from out of state. My mom loved how it was a nice, quiet retreat and how close it is to parks and amenities. Our host was gracious and very communicative and made sure everything was perfect. I will definitely be booking here for future family stays! While we did not bring our pups over, we were pleased to know it is dog friendly as well!
