A beautiful place to call home near the beach. Host was super sweet and had fantastic communication for any questions I had. We plan to be back in the fall. Dog friendly and my dog loved to sit on the balcony with me. It was an awesome 6 min walk to the beach. Dog sanitary station right down stairs. Parking was easy. Very clean, very cute, and could not be happier with finding this gem. Full size fridge, big TV, and everything you could need. Highly recommend

About the host

Hosted by Blake Golightly

Host profile image
Hello! My name is Blake, and I am a graduate student at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi, as well as an intern at the Autonomy Research Institute. I was originally the co-host and cleaner for this property for the past seven years, but have recently become the host! As an English major, I enjoy creative writing such as poetry and creative nonfiction, but I also love technical writing. I enjoy hosting because it gives me the opportunity to meet people from all walks of life and provide them with a comfortable stay to create great memories on the coast.

Why they chose this property

We love this neighborhood because of its close proximity to the beach. From the back patio, you can see the waves crashing on the white sands in the distance. There is the Salty Dolfin, a small, hole-in-the-wall bar with karaoke and great ambiance. Brewster Street is just down the road, offering great food, stunning views, and fantastic local live music. Right across the street, there is the Anchor Bar. Located at the Wyndham, this bar sits right on the shoreline, offering stunning views, excellent drinks, and amazing food. The options are endless for a relaxing stay!

What makes this property unique

This property is unique due to its short walk to the beach.
