Strip any used beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
**Please make sure all gas is off to the bbq, both indoor fireplaces, and outdoor firepit**
Removing the sheets of the used beds and putting all dishes/cups/etc. in the dishwasher is always appreciated.

We found this street by accident and could not believe how incredible the views were - we knew we had to find a house on this street. The first one we put an offer in, the owner decided to keep it in the family - we were devastated, until we found this one and knew it was the house!
