The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Trash must be taken to one of two disposal sites in Big Bear Lake (addresses to these are posted throughout the cabin).
All tv/roku remotes must be in their respective locations
Spa cover must be on the spa when not in use and upon check out (lowering temp to 80)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
ALL TRASH MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE PROPERTY FAILURE to do so will result in charge of DISPOSAL FEE DO NOT leave in neighbors' bins. STRICT.

We are a family of four who were born and raised in Southern California. We (parents) were able to enjoy Big Bear Lake in our youth and fell in love with the place. With its cool autumns, snowy winters and beach weather summers, we always dreamed of being able to own a home in Big Bear to share with our children, family, friends and guests. We recently had the opportunity to purchase this perfect home, "Hilltop Haven". So close to LA, yet so far away. The perfect escape from our hectic daily lives. We look forward to hearing from you!
