Set on a quiet one-third-acre cul-de-sac lot in Indio, this spacious seven-bedroom villa features three private casitas and accommodates up to 16 guests. It is designed for family vacations, festival weekends, and group getaways, with plenty of room to relax and play together.

Spend the day beside the custom pool and oversized jacuzzi, challenge your group in the fully equipped game room, or gather around the outdoor dining table with seating for 16. When it is time to unwind, the villa offers multiple bedrooms, comfortable gathering spaces, and separate casitas that give guests added room and privacy.

Relax in the cinema-inspired living room, featuring reclining sofas, a smart TV, and a gas fireplace. The music-inspired design, instruments, and playful atmosphere give the home a personality all its own.

▹ Bedroom 1 – Primary Suite

Located beside the second primary suite, this spacious room features a plush, round Elvis-style king bed, a full-size sofa sleeper, smart TV, electric fireplace, ceiling fan, walk-in closet, and direct access to the patio, putting green, and pool.

The private ensuite bathroom includes a soaking tub, tiled shower, dual vanity sinks, makeup vanity, and electric sauna.

▹ Bedroom 2 – Second Primary Suite

Features two full-size beds and a queen-size sofa sleeper. The room also includes two 65-inch smart TVs for streaming and use with the supplied Xbox 360 and Nintendo, a desk and workstation, walk-in closet, front courtyard access, and a private ensuite bathroom.

▹ Bedroom 3 – Front Courtyard Casita

Accessible from the front courtyard, this private casita includes a king bed, large smart TV, kitchenette with sink and microwave, reach-in closet, and private ensuite bathroom with a spa-style shower and glass vanity sink.

▹ Bedroom 4 – Pool Courtyard Casita

This detached casita is accessible from the pool and barbecue courtyard. It features a king bed, full-size sofa sleeper, 65-inch smart TV, ceiling fan, and private full bathroom.

A lockable connecting door provides access to Bedroom 5.

▹ Bedroom 5 – Pool Courtyard Casita

Also detached and accessible from the pool and barbecue courtyard, this casita features a king bed, 65-inch smart TV, and a kitchenette with an under-counter refrigerator, microwave, sink, quartz counters, and raised maple cabinetry.

The private ensuite bathroom includes a tiled shower and glass vanity sink. The bedroom also has a ceiling fan with adjustable speed and dimmable lighting.

Located beside the second primary suite, this bedroom includes a king bed, large smart TV, ceiling fan, reach-in closet, work desk, and access to the front courtyard.

Located across from the laundry room, the Yeeha Room features a California king bed, 65-inch smart TV, ceiling fan, clothes-hanging bar, and French doors opening to the courtyard.

Located across from Bedroom 6, this bathroom includes a spa-style tiled shower and granite vanity sink.

NEWLY AVAILABLE: CHILD-SAFE REMOVABLE POOL FENCE have been installed for added safety and convenience. The fence is always down by default. You must request installation 5 days before arrival at 7 PM when you receive the pre-check-in message.

★ Included With Your Vacation Home ★

Fully furnished with Smart TVs (streaming apps—use your own login) and free high-speed WiFi. The kitchen is equipped with appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, Keurig coffee machine, toaster, and blender, crockpot, handheld mixer.

Kitchen Supplies: The kitchen is fully equipped with dining, cooking, and serving essentials, including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, and cooking utensils. You’ll also find key kitchen tools like a can opener, wine opener, and measuring spoons. We provide a spice rack with salt and pepper, along with extras like foil, cling wrap, parchment paper, and zip-top bags.

House Supplies: Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, and laundry detergent.


★ FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ★

WHAT DOES `ALL INCLUSIVE` MEAN?

Our `All Inclusive` offering means that guests are not charged extra for specific amenities and services. It includes complimentary pool heating, jacuzzi use, and the accommodation of two dogs at no additional cost. It does not encompass free food and alcohol, as some might assume.

ARE THERE EXTRA CHARGES FOR POOL HEAT/JACUZZI/PETS/EXTRA GUESTS?

This is our all inclusive resort style home. We do not have any extra charges (with limitations).

Regarding extra guests: 16 guests maximum occupancy which includes adults and children(no extra guests). Please read the house rules for extra information. Bringing more than 16 guests will result in cancellation without refund of reservation.

Pet policy: maximum 2 dogs! You must notify me before bringing pets. Please make sure to clean up after your pets. My cleaners are not expected to do this type of pet clean up.

Pool/Jacuzzi: pool heated to 88°. Jacuzzi can be set at desired temperature. For requests of higher than 88° for pool temperature, an extra charge of $50 per day will be assessed.

You must request extra amenities 5 days before arrival at 7pm when you receive the pre-checkin message. Requesting early check-in may or may not be available, although this amenity can be granted, it can also be changed depending on the booked reservations before it and after it.

CAN I PARK ON THE STREET?

NO street parking whatsoever. A $750 fine will be assessed for parking on the street or TOWED!!! You must park in the driveway and there are up to 6 spots available.

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?

Check in is after 4PM local time, and check out is no later than 10AM.

DO YOU ALLOW EARLY CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT?

We cannot accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. This policy ensures we can thoroughly clean and prepare the property for all guests.

Our schedules are strictly enforced and failing to comply with these times will result in a charge equal to one night’s stay to cover the inconvenience and potential delay caused to incoming guests.

WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?

This home has keyless locks. This keyless system allows entry into the vacation rental through the issue of a “code” rather than a physical key.

DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?

There is a departure clean on all stays. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.

CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED?

Yes, If you would like the pool to be heated to 88 degrees. Please let me know at least 48-hours in advance of your arrival if you would like pool heat added to your reservation.

IS A GOLF CART AVAILABLE?

No golf cart currently.

WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?

All our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. Regular coffee maker and Keurig machines. We also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper.

There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with Shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap.
