We liked the house, spacious and comfortable. We didn’t use the powder bathroom on the main floor because its tank didn’t fill which means it wouldn’t flush. Not a big deal for us as we were a smaller group, we just used the two other toilets in the house. We especially loved the location. It was perfect for us. Thank you.

We really wish there had been more detail in your review so we could understand exactly what you saw, but we do take your comments seriously.The fire pit has always been in that spot under the tree, but we’ll take another look and see if any trimming or adjustments are needed. We’re also not sure what was meant by “wood coal,” so we’ll check into that, too. As for the dog mess and dirty chairs, we’ve already passed this along to our cleaning team so it can be addressed right away.We appreciate the feedback and will make sure these things are looked into for future guests."

We really enjoyed our stay at this location! The playground and parks nearby were great. It was very convenient to get to and there was plenty of room for our whole family to spread out and have fun together. We would stay there again.

Great location. Property overall seemed pretty neglected. Upon arrival, outdoor patio was strewn with bottle tops, old food in the fire pit and the grill and utensils were filthy. The house wasn't as clean as I'd hoped it would be. The only bathroom upstairs has sinks that do not drain... we had to wash hands then wait to brush teeth. No sponges or dish rags were readily available, ice maker is broken, pots and pans were dirty. I rated 2 stars because the property management company did bring sponges and ice when requested.

This is the responsibility of our cleaning team, and we will be addressing it immediately. The dirty pots and pans will also be reviewed to ensure they meet our standards for future guests.We’ve had maintenance out for the ice maker and believed it was fixed, but we will follow up to ensure it’s working properly. Sponges and kitchen cloths are always provided for guests, but we appreciate you reaching out so we could bring additional supplies during your stay. The bathroom sinks have also been addressed, and a plumber is scheduled to ensure this is fully resolved.Thank you again for sharing your experience. It helps us improve for future guests."

Grand Junction stay

Overall, the stay was great. We left a note letting you know about the freezer issue. The kids enjoyed being so close to the park playground. The garage is on the short side, our pickup and van wouldn’t fit in the garage but the 3rd vehicle was fine. We enjoyed having 2 living areas so it the kids could be in one area and adults the other.

Relaxing and Fun

Great house. Spacious, nice and loved the patio. Only real complaints were air conditioning upstairs was not good but was quite warm in evenings and night. The parking is not great. You can only park in driveway, which was pretty inconvenient.
