This house was very comfortable and had all the amenities we would want, besides which it was pretty and in a very quiet neighborhood. It was extremely special for our extended family to stay together in a house offering plenty of privacy for all members but also the opportunity to come together when we were ready to cook and share space. Wonderful experience. Parking was also very easy.

The host was wonderful and very accommodating! We absolutely loved the house - it was decorated just adorably and very clean - beds were comfortable. We will book again when we come again next year for the Championship swim meet at the college.

We loved our stay at this charming house! This very clean, comfortable, nicely decorated and updated house felt like home. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was great for preparing meals. The house was well stocked with everything from extra towels to kitchen/household items. We didn't have a chance to use the backyard but it had a grill, bikes, fire pit with chairs plus ample parking in the back. The neighborhood was quiet and walkable to downtown. The host provided detailed entry instructions and replied right away if we had questions. We will definitely be back the next time we are in Grand Junction.

We absolutely loved our stay in this charming home. Everything inside is so well done, and the neighborhood is wonderful for nice long walks in the morning. Perfect location for getting around town easily. This is our new favorite place to stay in Grand Junction.

Charming and fun; quiet neighborhood. Appreciated the private parking out back for easy in/out. It was great to have two cruiser bikes available. My pre-teen son loved being only a few blocks from the skate park. We enjoyed walking to the restaurants on Main Street. Nice to sit out on the back patio in the morning and watch all of the birds in the trees. Only improvement to mention is there was no coffee grinder nor toaster that we could find, but otherwise well stocked.
