The Space:

Step out onto your private balcony and let the Atlantic stretch out in front of you - unobstructed, unhurried, all yours. This oceanfront condo sits right on the shores of Satellite Beach, where the Space Coast's signature blend of sun, salt air, and laid-back pace sets the tone for your entire stay.

 

Living space

The open-concept living area is bright and airy, filled with natural light and coastal character. A ceiling fan keeps the space comfortable alongside full air conditioning, and the dedicated workspace means you can stay connected if needed. The dining table seats your group comfortably, and the private balcony just off the living area is the obvious spot to unwind - morning coffee with a sunrise, an afternoon book, or simply watching the waves roll in.

 

Sleeping arrangements

The primary bedroom features a queen bed, while the second bedroom is set up with two twin beds - a practical layout for families or groups of friends. A pack 'n play/travel crib is also available, making this a solid option for guests traveling with little ones. Hangers, clothing storage, extra pillows and blankets, and quality bed linens are all provided.

 

Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen is well-stocked for everything from a quick breakfast to a proper sit-down meal. You'll find a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker, along with cooking basics, dishes and silverware, wine glasses, a toaster, blender, and baking sheet. Coffee is provided to get your mornings started.

 

Bathrooms

Both full bathrooms are equipped for comfort. Shampoo, body soap, hair dryer, cleaning products, and hot water are all on hand. Towels and all essential toiletries are provided - just bring yourself.

 

Beach & building

Direct beach access from the building puts you steps from the sand. Beach essentials - including towels, an umbrella, a beach blanket, and snorkeling gear - are available so you can head out without the hassle of packing gear. The building has an elevator and free parking on premises.

 

Location

Satellite Beach is a quieter stretch of Florida's Space Coast, with a genuine neighborhood feel and some of the area's cleanest shoreline. Local surf shops, seaside cafes, and dining options are close by. The Eau Gallie Arts District and Cocoa Beach Pier are a short drive away, and the area offers some of the best vantage points on the coast for watching rocket launches from Cape Canaveral.

 

Practical details

The condo accommodates up to 4 guests across 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Wi-Fi, a TV, iron, and all standard essentials are included. A laundromat is located nearby. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome.

The area is known for its friendly community, pristine beaches, and great spots for watching rocket launches from Cape Canaveral.



Getting Around:

The condo is conveniently situated just off Highway A1A, making it easy to explore the surrounding Space Coast. Free parking is available on-site, and most restaurants, shops, and beaches are just a few minutes’ drive away. Ride-sharing services are readily available, and biking along A1A offers beautiful ocean views. For longer trips, Melbourne Orlando International Airport is about 20 minutes away, and Orlando’s attractions are within an hour’s drive.
