Just renovated January 2024!!



This is a Gulf Front condo, the balcony is overlooking the beach and water!!! On the East corner with incredible sunrise views!!!



Newly remodeled, professionally decorated 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath condo. No expense was sparred when decorating this condo, with upgraded cabinetry in the kitchen, tile throughout, and excellent decor! The beds and mattresses are new as well.



Upon entering you can't help but let out a sigh and let your worries go as you relax in this 2600 sq ft condo. This corner south facing living room has floor to ceiling windows and breath taking sunrise views. A wet-bar, and ice-maker will enhance any party. Also enjoy the the views from the bedrooms as each has its own balcony!!



The condo's master bedroom has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom has two queen beds, the third bedroom has a king and and the 4th bedroom has a queen.



Come enjoy our newest amenities that include a new adult pool in addition to the already wonderful and relaxing outdoor pool, lazy river and slide. Kids can enjoy the upgraded, fun and lively splash pad. The grill area has been updated to a large covered pavilion that also includes games like corn hole etc. If you don’t feel like cooking or going out to eat, you can grab a drink and a bite to eat at the on-site cafe and; bar. There is a well stocked souvenir shop as well for those last minute essentials and memories to take home.



The Oasis also offers basketball courts, pickle-ball courts, tennis court and putting green. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. Near the indoor pool you will find four hot tubs. There is a great fitness room located on the 15th floor overlooking the beach, with two more hot tubs and saunas on the floor below. You have covered parking in the garage.



For your convenience we have installed a keyless entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!



Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $60 per vehicle. Any 4br unit you rent at Oasis guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

We usually go to MI every year. But my teen was over it and wanted a place she could meet other teens. This place was perfect for her. The condo, the amenities, it really was everything we didn’t even know we wanted. We had a great time at the beach, the bar made great adult drinks. The condo in general was great and as described. Could have been a little cleaner but nothing that would keep us from coming back. And we WILL be back.

Amazing Condo

The condo was just as described and pictured online. There were plenty of carts available and lots of elevators making it easy to pack and unpack. The balcony was our favorite part!

Great condo, spacious & great views!

Rooms very spacious, living areas great. Beds comfortable & spectacular views. Being on 27th floor in high season can be challenging for elevators. But views are worth it. Be prepared to bring all your seasonings, etc... there are no condiments or season gins whatsoever. Very nice condo and very spacious and we rent in Orange Beach several times a year in various locations. Would recommend this one, overall, it is great.

The beds were cozy and clean. It was super clean and check in, parking, and getting around couldn’t have been easier. The building itself has 3 pools and a lazy river. The walk to the beach from the building took 5 minutes. Excellent beach service. It’s a bit crowded so you have to go early to get an umbrella. Everyone was friendly. There was a lot of cigarette smell in the public areas and unfortunately on our balcony we got a breeze of smoke from another unit. That can’t be controlled though. The washer/dryer and dishwasher could use updates.

Late Summer Vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay at Phoenix West II !! The condo itself is really nice, lots of room and it has an absolutely fantastic view of the beach and the ocean. To top it all off, the weather could not have been better. There are plenty of things to do right there in the condo complex. We grilled out one night, went to the pool and jacuzzi, the lazy river and, of course, to the beach. Due to the time of year, there were no real crowds. We didn't have to wait for anything. There are many restaurants just minutes away. Publix and Walmart Marketplace are just down the road. Everything is really convenient. We highly recommend this condo, especially if you have a large family like we do. The extra space is welcome. We didn't feel cramped at all.

We had a beautiful view of the ocean and unit was very clean with furniture in great shape. On the negative side: strong smell of cleaners/disinfectant when we arrived. Almost overwhelming. All of the pillows in the unit were very small and deflated. You definitely want to bring your own with you if you are particular about that sort of thing. Beds are very soft – so if you are in need of a firm mattress this may not be a match for you

Chairs around tabled were not pulled out and cleaned under. No sheets for sofa bed.

Perfect Condo for Two Families

We loved the amenities that came with the condo, our kids ages were 7-11, and the Oasis did not disappoint. The condo and the facility were very clean, and there was staff constantly walking around cleaning that we saw. The manager communicated very well through email and text messages. Parking was not a problem and we each had a car. We are already talking about renting the same condo for next year because we loved the space. It had everything we needed and was so much bigger than we expected. I feel like sometimes pictures can distort what the actually space looks like, and we were all pleasantly surprised on how large the condo was. We had planned on going out to eat a couple of times, but honestly never left the Oasis besides to get groceries. The kitchen was big enough and had appliances we needed, and the kids were fully entertained by the beach, pools, hot tubs, and sports courts. Us adults got drinks at the pool bar a few times. We were sad the hot tubs on the 14th floor were being remodeled, but at the same time, you can tell this property has been putting money back into the building, by replacing outdated features, so we really weren't that disappointed knowing we already want to come back next year!
