About this property

Always Home In Texas Cabin with WiFi, and plenty of yard.

Peaceful cabin with WIFI that has one bedroom and one bathroom that is located in a quiet area with the backyard looking on to the dry bed of Lake Brownwood. This cabin comes with a spacious kitchen with a stainless-steel refrigerator, updated electric stove, new microwave, new Keurig coffee maker, new toaster, and plenty of storage cabinets for groceries. A small grill is provided for outdoor charcoal cooking along with grilling utensils. Living area has comfortable couches in front of a large window with a big 75”TV. We provide a large picnic table outside that can seat around 20 people along with 4 extra lawn chairs. The inside dining table sits 6 people with a view overlooking the front yard. The bedroom has a full-size tall bed with bedding provided and we also provide two cots for 2 extra guests. Guest must provide bedding for extra guest. The bathroom is equipped with plenty of towels and a comfortable bench along with a small shower. The backyard is big enough for a cookout or a small gathering. This little cabin provides the comforts of home away from home.

10 out of 10! This place was great! Cute, comfy place. Has everything you need and even things your don't realize you need. Felt very homey. The outside has plenty of places to enjoy your morning coffee while watching the fish jump. There is a Xbox, DVD player, and a few board games for the kids. We had a great time and will definitely stay again. Host was great also!

This was my 2nd stay at this property. It’s a perfectly quaint cozy home. With so much yard and all the supplies you’ll need. For being a lake house there is a Dollar General very close and another small store nearby. So you are never far away from anything you may need. I hope to return for a 3rd as very soon.

house needs some outside work, we experienced lots of bugs in the kitchen and in the living room. Black bugs, needs to sprayed. Owner says that is just how a lake is. We know lake houses have owned 2 different ones. We left after one night.

Brownwood Lake Weekend

We took a group of friends to the lake and stayed here and it was so nice! We really enjoyed our time out on the lake but also enjoyed hanging out at the house !

We have enjoyed this property since 2007 despite the fluctuating Lake Brownwood water levels throughout the years. Our land is peaceful, tranquil and we take pride in it's cleanliness. Our appliances have been upgraded and we have recently added a boat dock to enjoy fishing or boating.
