Nested in the beautiful hills of Beverly Glen foothills of upscale Bel Air. Up hill from UCLA, very scenic & inspiring.
A nice size house featuring a bed with fresh bedding sleeps two people comfortably, with separate private restrooms & private full bath/shower inside. includes towels, 500mb Wi-Fi via fast finer internet (Frontier), 50" Google Network TV with Cast, YouTube, Netflix, Amazon prime. Floor central air conditioning for hot days & heat for cool nights with Nest.
Room offered is in the bigger front house. Very clean, safe & quiet surrounded by nature & beautiful panoramic hills/canyon views next to a large garden you can spot deer, birds, squirrels and share the yard only with some cool wildlife. This is a 2bd 2br but one room stays locked with our stuff. Newly renovated modern home originally served as a summer house and holds artsy charm tucked in the gorgeous hills of Los Angeles Beverly Glen neighborhood only a few minutes drive from Westwood Village, UCLA or Beverly Hills. This is a one of a kind spot with amazing feel, very comfortable and homely as well.
