There is a large private deck for relaxing & outdoor dining, master bedroom, Jacuzzi tub, granite counters & stainless steel appliances and garage parking accent this comfortable rental. HD Flat Screen TV's in the living room and master bedroom, BluRay and stereo system with an IPod connection. Fully equipped with a barbecue, gas range, microwave, refrigerator, washer/dryer, linens and all essentials for cooking & dining. Fireplace pictured is for decoration purposes only (not operational).

You cannot beat this location! We spent hours sitting on the beach, just steps away from the condo and walking distance to the pier! Angel was at the property to greet us and was so helpful with anything we needed! The beds and linens were great and the kitchen was well appointed. Great stay and we would definitely come again!!

We had a great stay at this beachfront condo in Malibu from Wednesday through today. The condo was very clean, comfortable, and exactly what we were hoping for. The host was extremely responsive and helpful, especially when we had a small issue with a clogged toilet that was resolved quickly. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

If you love the smell of sea air and the sound of waves crashing each night this is the place for you. We were delighted to have such close proximity to the ocean and fell in love with sitting on the deck each morning and leaving our slider doors open at night. Our only concern was we traveled at a very high rip tide season/week and my kids could not really enjoy the beach below due to the high tides and ruff waters. The condo was older and may need a few upgrades soon, but we hardly noticed since we just enjoyed the overall location and view. If you don't mind simple and low key accommodations and are not expecting some fancy beach house, you will appreciate this property and all it has to offer. We spent most of our time at the beach a few miles up the road and Point Dume. We loved how close it was to most restaurants and the pier. Overall we were satisfied with our stay and would visit again!

Memorable stay

We all had a good time walking down the beach, having full view of the ocean. There's also Ralph's and small restaurants nearby. Response was very quick to our requests. Highly recommended!
