Dish TV as well as reliable fast Wi-fi included. Dock for fishing. Large open floorplan in the basement with indoor play set and toys great for the little ones who may visit. The master bedroom has it's own flat screen and master bath. Outdoor playset as well as the large yard is great for kids as well as adults for outdoor games and activities. Plenty of parking the driveway, it is long as well as level for any RV's or boat trailers that me need a place to park. Minutes away from Lake Park and only 15 minutes from Detroit Lakes, 35 minutes from Fargo/Moorhead. Enjoy your stay!

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Return house key to lock box an hang back on front door lever. Cover back on hot tub. Lights and jest off.
Dirty towels and linens can go in washer/dryer room. All garbage in green waste management bin in garage.
Garbage day Monday if check out day is on Monday it'd be greatly appreciated if you can get the green bin to end of the driveway. Thank you so much for your stay I hope you will leave a great review
